● You have seven(7) calendar days to request for a return from the date you received the item.
● To be eligible for a return, the item must be due to any of the following reasons:
- The item is damaged in delivery
- The item is not functioning as described in its manufacturer specifications
- Some parts of the item is missing as indicated in the packaging
● Any damage caused after signing Delivery Order / Acknowledge Receipt will not be entertain.
● These items are not eligible for returns & refunds:
- Ink cartridges
- Toner cartridges
- Sealed items
- Customised items
● The item returned must be in new and original condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including
manuals and warranty cards) and free gifts or vouchers received with it.
● Return item must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days from the date you received the item.
● Proof of purchase is required. Customer must provide proof of purchase upon request for a return.
● You can choose to receive refunds in store credit OR exchange of the same item after we have approved your return request.
● No refunds in cash will be performed. All refunds will be in store credit only.
● Store credits can only be used at UG Office Supplies online store.
● Process of refunds and exchange will take 7-14 calendar days from the date we received the returned item.
● No return and refund will be entertain after 14 calendar days upon receipt of items. We suggest you contact us immediately for

● UG Office Supplies is not obliged to accept any return request that are not fulfilled the above requirements.
● UG Office Supplies reserved the right to change and amend these policy at any time without prior notice.
