Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
Delivery usually will takes about 3 - 5 working days.
Customize product will take 7 - 10 working days for production. Delivery will be within 3 working days upon production complete.
Q. How do you send my order?
Delivery will be by courier service or truck by logistic company for bulk and heavy items. All delivery will require recipient acknowledgment of goods receipt.

Yes, only if you have not make payment.
